Eric received his B.S. in Biophysics from the State University of New York at Geneseo (SUNY Geneseo) in 2020. During his undergraduate studies he worked on a summer research project at Lehigh University studying actin-associated protein binding using coarse-grained molecular dynamics under the supervision of Dr. Dimitrios Vavylonis. He also helped to develop a hybrid global optimization algorithm at SUNY Geneseo under the supervision of Dr. Ahmad Almomani.
He joined the Huo group in 2020 and is currently working on projects involving dark state-mediated cavity polariton dynamics and other topics in quantum dynamics.
